Teppanyaki

Teppanyaki (鉄板焼き) is a form of Japanese cooking. Teppan (鉄板) means “iron plate” and yaki (焼き) means “to fry” or “to grill”, and in simple terms, teppanyaki is any dish prepared on an iron plate. However, when prepared at home, it is usually done with a special electric frying pan, also called a teppanyaki.

Note: Teppanyaki is only available for a minimum of six people, booked in advance.
